Standard shipping is $12 for orders under $250 and free for orders of $250 or more. Expedited or special handling may carry a separate charge when available.

Packaging is selected based on the research material and anticipated route. Delivery windows are estimates and may change due to carrier conditions.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and monitoring tracking so the package can be received promptly.
Delivery issues
Report visible damage or an unexpected delay to support as soon as possible, including the order reference and clear packaging photos.
